Literati, Co-Living With Smart People

Literati, Co-Living With a Purpose

We provide furnished housing for the New York City international community of students, interns, and young professionals. Literati creates a unique living situation for intelligent people from diverse backgrounds, offering them an authentic New York City resident experience. We come from all over the world to run this long term stay hospitality company.

Why live with us?

No Broker or Hidden Fees.

Unlike other companies, we manage and operate our own hospitality portfolio of rooms and apartments. Traditional brokerage companies or agencies offer a one time fee with no incentive to maintain a relationship. We foster lifelong relationships with our residents even after their New York City stay.

Extremely Fast.

We offer customized proposals to all applicants and the ability to lock in rates immediately. Our leasing process and our vetting process is simple and efficient. Every lease is digitally signed and we offer the option to SKYPE with your account manager or potential roommates.

Flexible Lease Terms and Pricing Policy.

Places are priced at market rates, no overcharging for furnished housing. 1 month to 2 year leases available, with options to prebook.

Operations and Engineering.

We have a dedicated in house staff and an online request style tailored for our residents when issues arise. Our partners include exterminators, construction crew, housekeeping, electricians, and plumbers.

Literati offers a new model for roommates. Unlike other websites with random housing assignments, our residents often end up becoming lifelong friends. It is very common for residents to keep in touch after their term in New York City and visit each other in their respective countries.

Potential tenants are heavily screened and the residents are voluntarily involved in the selection process. Our places are strategically located in the most desired places in New York City.
